What we collect

CrewPing collects the information needed to run event support workflows, authenticate users, route tickets, and manage billing.

• Account information such as your name, email address, and authentication details.
• Event data such as event names, rooms, room tokens, floorplans, and support assignments.
• Ticket and status data such as room reports, notes, timestamps, engineer actions, and Telegram delivery metadata.
• Billing data such as subscription status, checkout identifiers, and invoice-related records handled through Stripe.
• Technical data such as logs, device details, and cookies used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use information

We use this information to provide the CrewPing service, send notifications, support authentication, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Public room pages only expose the data needed for a guest to submit a report or check status.

How we share information

We share data only with the providers required to operate the service, including Supabase for authentication and storage, Stripe for billing, Telegram for message delivery, and our hosting and infrastructure providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or abuse.

Retention

We keep account and event data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups.

If you request deletion, we remove or anonymise personal data unless we need to keep specific records for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

If you are located in a region with specific privacy rights, you may have additional rights under local law.
