Service

CrewPing is a support workflow tool for live events. It lets you create events, publish room QR pages, receive guest reports, and coordinate responders through the dashboard and Telegram notifications.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated where needed for billing, support, and account recovery.

Subscriptions and billing

Some CrewPing features are provided on a paid subscription basis. If you start a trial or paid subscription, you authorise the charges described at checkout and any recurring fees until you cancel.

Billing and payment processing are handled by Stripe. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the offer presented at checkout and applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use CrewPing to break the law, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorised access, or abuse the platform in a way that harms other users or event attendees.

You are responsible for the content you collect or publish through your event pages and for making sure you have the right to process that data.

Third-party services

CrewPing depends on third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, Telegram, and hosting infrastructure. Their own terms and policies may also apply to your use of the service.

Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed. Where practical, we will give advance notice for material changes that affect paid customers.

Liability

CrewPing is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every event workflow.
